HITHER HILL STATE PARK offers visitors a

The Montauk County Park offers outerbeach camping, trails and the historic Third House Museum.
The park was formerly named the Theodore Roosevelt County Park, but the Suffolk County Legislature unanimously voted to revert the park to its original name in June 2012.
